的起心肝
今年春至的第二天,即二月四日那天,早上六時多如常醒來,送了上學的兒子出門後,是心血來潮又或者是內在聲音,竟然想到要練瑜珈,馬上上網找片看。 我從來沒上過瑜珈課,但憑著幾十年的舞蹈底子,也曾經非常了解身上每條肌肉與筋骨,很多基本的瑜珈動作,只消看看畫面便能跟著做,動作雖不難但頭一星期還是感到週身肌肉酸痛,應該是沉睡多年的肌肉被激活起來的訊號。就這樣我天天早上練起瑜珈來,至今多月,一天也沒偷懶,是自己也沒料到! 但更神奇的是我那曾經擁有六件腹肌,現在變成擁有一塊綜合腹肥的丈夫,看見我天天練,練得那麼起勁,竟然跟著我一起練,至今我仍有點不相信。 丈夫和我都有深厚舞蹈底子,但已十多二十年沒練功,雖然我教課時會儘量做足示範,一來是為了照顧那些需要從視覺上吸收的學生,二來是自己也可活動下筋骨,但始終是游擊式的,慢慢地便退功了。 當了職業舞蹈員多年,身上傷痕累累,脊椎多處輕微移位壓著神經,大腿經年累月有麻痺的痛楚,也試過多次急性坐骨神經痛,最嚴重一次是好幾天連站也站不起來。 瑜珈每個體位需要保持三數分鐘,這樣肌肉才能夠舒展開,有時停留在一個體位時,會突然間聽見啪一聲,本來脊椎移位的地方因肌肉放鬆了而慢慢復位,一日復一日,隔一兩天就會聽見關節劈啪一聲的歸位,這些劈劈啪啪聲實在美妙,現在背痛已經好了七、八成,每天都輕輕鬆鬆的,多暢快! 小貼士:每天瑜珈結束時我都會靜心五到十分鐘,有一段時間可能是工作壓力關係,心口悶悶的,靜心時我便跟自己説,放鬆放鬆,然後我把注意力集中在心(心輪),還嘗試用意志把心提起,的起成個心肝,果然感到輕鬆好多! 幾個月努力的成果。 每天早上太陽照進屋內就是練功之時。
