「煮」婦的煩惱
女兒和我吃純素,丈夫和兒子受我們影響下蔬果的份量雖然增加了,但還是要吃肉。吃素初期我還可以像以往一樣切肉、煮肉,現在不要説切和煮,就算去買菜,站在肉櫃前我都無法伸手去拿那一包包的肉,幸好丈夫諒解,很多時他都和我一起去買菜,挑選他和兒子愛吃的,也幫忙切肉。切好的肉我還是可以放奄料和煮的。 我們的晚餐桌確實是包羅萬象:丈夫愛中式餸菜,兒子愛西式,再加上我和女兒的纯素或純生菜式,桌上放得滿滿,幸好丈夫和兒子都不嫌棄隔夜餸,通常一次煮夠三日份量,慳了時間又節省能源,而且丈夫也挺喜歡下㕑,我們輪流煮,所以一直以來吃素、吃生尚算順利。 今天晚餐煮了墨西哥菜Chile con Carne,大煲有肉,小煲是純素的。 我還弄了一個油麥菜牛油果沙律,加上煎豆腐和蘑菇。油麥菜出自自家花園,豆腐和蘑菇都是有機的,煎好後只需灑上少許鹽和黑胡椒。材料新鮮的話,用很簡單的調味已經很好吃。
